Two Pockets Dialogue engages communities and organizations in transformational learning and action to seek understanding, foster belonging, and pursue justice.
Let's explore how we see the world and how the world sees us. Let's be the ones we have been waiting for to build the world we've been searching for.
Get to Know Two Pockets Dialogue

Avi Edelman
For more than fifteen years, I've been an experiential educator and dialogue facilitator, building spaces of warmth and empathy through workshops, trainings, custom-built programs, and transformational travel.

A Note in Each Pocket
Two Pockets Dialogue takes its name from the story of an 18th century rabbi who was said to carry a note in each of his pockets. Click below for the full story, and to read about how dialogue, support and challenge, joy, and other concepts factor into my approach.

Let's Collaborate
My programming spans from individual workshops and skills training sessions to multi-year engagements. I work with communities in-person and virtually, and also lead travel-based learning and dialogue experiences.

"Avi believes in you"
I've been fortunate to work with people and organizations across the country: from small nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies, from youth to adult audiences, from tight-knit groups to polarized communities. Click below to see some examples and read reflections from participants in my programming.
