Ways We Can Collaborate
Two Pockets Dialogue programming ranges from individual workshops and skills training sessions to retreats and conferences to multi-year engagements. I work with communities in-person and virtually, and also lead travel-based learning and dialogue experiences. Programming is always customizable to meet the needs of particular organizations.
Read the overview of offerings below, and feel free to reach out so we can discuss what might be best for your community.

Workshops
Ranging from an hour or two to a multi-session series, workshops feature interactive, dialogue-based exercises to help participants explore a topic, learn key concepts and frameworks, and engage in action-planning.

Skills Training
I work with communities on train-the-trainer programs that teach and practice facilitation and dialogue skills, curriculum design, empathic listening, community-building, and more.
These programs can prepare organizations to run internal dialogue programming and bring dialogue approaches to running team meetings, managing employees, and working through conflicts.
Strategy and Action Planning
I work with individuals and organizations to implement meaningful change. This can take the form of action-planning sessions to walk leaders through a change model, formal strategic planning, or dialogue to help calibrate change efforts.
Learning Cohorts
Sustained learning and dialogue with a group of peers can be transformational. I love leading cohort experiences where individuals can form community, engage in deep learning, and work together to imagine—and plan for—a different future.

Immersive Travel
For over a decade, I’ve led educational trips for teens and adults to engage in deep learning about civil rights and social justice. These journeys combine visits to sites of historical significance, conversations with history-makers and civil rights leaders, and dialogue exercises that connect learning about the past to making commitments in the present. Travel programs have ranged from a few days to several weeks and have visited sites in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
